L'Orient, 8 June 2005

Now we had Hazel aboard a quick succession of hops followed and we started with a leg down to L'Orient. We decided to stay in the centre of town this time, in the harbour that used to be used by the French East India Company. We never actually made it ashore so we needn't have bothered finding somewhere so interesting to stop - the weather next morning was too good to miss and we left straight away for Quiberon.
